stars spiralling

from the arms of the galaxy

i am nut the starry sky

djehuty takes my hand

starborn He calls me

and i spin

and i twirl

and from my arms

come waves of stars

and She says to me

as She gathers stars

into Her hands

that these are my ancestors

every single star

shining in Her belly

lived so that i may

be here today

to spin and twirl

to circle round

dancing in place

like a ballerina

in a music box

starfire emanating

all around me

coming from me

my body no longer is

i am stars

i am inky blackness

i am blue hair

and silver eyes

spinning

spinning

spinning

keeping the world turning

as i keep the ancestors safe
